Plans and Pricing
What Starter, Pro and Enterprise include, what they cost, and what happens at a plan limit.
Every account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. After that, an administrator picks a plan from the Subscription page. Prices below are current as of this page's last update; the app always shows the live price before you pay.

Searching the log is described on the Activity page. The free trial includes all of these. On Starter, deletes take effect at once with no Undo, and reverting a cheque or searching the activity log explains that it is part of Pro; administrators are offered the switch there.
Everything else is on every plan: the register on any device, barcode scanning, email receipts, live invoice links, suppliers, reports, the activity log (newest first; searching and filtering it is Pro) and role-based access. Inter-store transfers are available whenever your business has more than one location.

Currency and payment
- Prices are in US dollars, and your card is charged in USD.
- Payments are handled by our payment partner Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem's name may appear on your card statement.
- Sri Lankan businesses are billed by InventX in rupees instead, at InventX's own LKR prices (Starter LKR 2,499 a month or LKR 1,999 a month billed yearly; Pro LKR 7,499 or LKR 5,999; extra users LKR 439 or LKR 350). Choosing a plan on the Subscription page asks you to email us, and we set up the billing.
- Annual billing is charged once a year up front.
Extra users on Pro
Pro includes 5 users. If you need more, an administrator can add extra users from the Subscription page for $2.50 per user per month ($2.00 per user per month when billed annually). Seats are billed with your subscription and prorated when you change them mid-period. See Extra users.
Starter has no user add-on; if you need more than 2 users, switch to Pro.
What happens at a plan limit
Limits apply to what you can add, not what you already have. When you reach a limit the app refuses the action and explains why, for example:
Your starter plan allows 1 location. Upgrade to add more.
The Usage card on the Subscription page shows how close you are to each limit, and turns amber when you are at or near one.
Moving to Starter
You can only switch to Starter if your business already fits inside its limits (1 location, 2 users, 100 items). If it does not, the Starter card on the Subscription page lists exactly what is over the limit.
