Product Sales - Report
Top selling products, category performance and sales by day, for all items or a single item.
The Product Sales report shows what you sold during the selected period.

Item filter
The dropdown next to the date picker is set to All Items by default. Search for and select an item (or a specific variant) to narrow the whole report to it. Select All Items to go back.
How sales are counted
- Revenue is quantity multiplied by the selling price after the item discount.
- Invoices that were fully refunded, and deleted invoices, are left out.
Sales Over Time
One bar per day. Use the Total Quantity and Total Revenue buttons at the top of the card to switch between units sold and revenue; each button shows the total for the period.
Category Performance
Revenue by product category, showing the six largest categories, with the total revenue underneath. Items without a category are grouped as Uncategorized. The CSV export lists every category.
Top Selling Products
The ten best sellers ranked by quantity sold, with total revenue and average price. Average price is the revenue divided by the quantity sold. Variants are listed separately.
When a single item is selected, this table becomes that item's sales details.
Recent transactions
With All Items selected, the table at the bottom lists the most recent sale payments in the period, up to 50 per location. It is hidden while a single item is selected.
