Create an Account
Start a 14-day Pro trial, or join an existing business with an invite token.
There are two ways into InventX, depending on whether your business already uses it.
New business
Create the business yourself and start a 14-day Pro trial.
Joining a business
Register with the invite token or link your admin sent you.
Start a free trial
Anyone can create a business at pos.inventx.app/user/signup.
- Enter your business name.
- Enter your first name, last name, email and mobile number.
- Choose a username (4–16 characters, lowercase) and a password (at least 8 characters). The form checks that the username is still available as you type.
- Click Start free trial.
You are signed in straight away and land on the dashboard as the business administrator. A welcome email confirms the date your trial ends.
What the trial includes
Every new account starts on a 14-day Pro trial with every feature unlocked. No card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends — see When the trial ends.
Business names, usernames, emails and mobile numbers must be unique. If one is already registered, the form tells you which field to change.
Signing up with a plan already chosen
If you clicked Choose Starter or Start 14-day trial on the pricing page, the signup form shows the plan and billing interval you picked, and the button reads Create account & continue to payment.
After the account is created you are taken to the secure checkout to add a card. Your 14-day trial still applies: the paid plan does not start until the payment completes, and you can close the checkout and decide later from the Subscription page.
Join an existing business
If your business is already on InventX, do not create a new one. Ask your administrator for an invite token or an invite link, then register at pos.inventx.app/user/registration.
- Open the invite link, or open the registration page and paste the Registration Token. The Business field fills in automatically once the token is recognised.
- Enter your name, email, mobile number, username and password.
- Click Create Account, then sign in at
/user/login.
Each token registers exactly one user. If the token has already been used or the business has no free seats, ask your administrator for another.
